The Weight Loss Cure and what Kevin Trudeau Does Not Want You to Know

Does this infamous diet work?….Yes it can….Has it worked?…Yes it has?….Is Kevin Trudeau misleading on how easy it is and what you can eat (down to 500 calories a day while taking HCG injections)?….In my opinion….YES

First, the Diet is NOT simple….It is very restrictive on what you can eat for the first 2 months not too mention you have to pay for expensive injections of HCG.

Second If you were to do all the recommendations that Kevin Trudeau suggests to make the diet work well ( Like 15 colonics in 30 days and drinking the "magic juices" and the different herbal teas) you would easily be spending $2,000 per month.

Despite this the diet can and does work when followed…It's just not easy for the vast majority to follow it strictly for a lot of different reasons, mainly the financial reasons it would take to maintain such a regime.

This is my only real beef with Kevin Trudeau….He misleads into believing that the diet is simple…It is Not….But the diet can still be effective..

But just look at some of the reviews of this book at Amazon:

I was a big fan of Kevin Trudeau until now!! I am soooo disappointed. What
he said in his last book regarding natural cures made so much sense, so I
jumped at the opportunity to purchase a preview copy of the Weight Loss Cure.
What a joke!!! I wasted $29.95 on this piece of garbage that I probably
won't even be able to give away. The library probably won't take it. The
plan talks about HCG injections and a diet plan to follow which is too
rigid. My only question is: Where in the heck am I going to get these HCG
injections and how can I convince my doctor to give them to me??!!!! Not
only that I have to get them everyday??!!! Sorry Kevin, for the average
person, this is too unrealistic, and right now I don't have the money to
fly to Germany, find this clinic and go on the program. I am very
disappointed with this book. To all who are reading this: SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

The book was very disappointing. The goals in the diet were unrealistic!High Colonic flushes of the large bowel on a daily basis would wash the important chemistries, (salts and minerals) right out of the body. The "secret drugs" are unattainable. I think even a medical doctor would hesitate to prescribe these kinds of drugs. The author repeatedly expounds on "his personal achievements, and the rheteric became rather dull and uninteresting after the first dozen repetitions.

I would not recommend this book to anyone. Better to buy an Adkin's program, The South Beach Diet book or the Fat Resistant Diet book where you don't fool around with high colonic large bowel flushes.

In all honesty there are some good reviews as well…I just thought it necessary that my thinking of how "easy" the diet is NOT be highlighted by otheres that agree…

How about you any input?
