I am vegan so I didn’t eat too badly, but I pretty much binge-ate daily. Now I want to kick-start my metabolism so that I can go back to 102 pounds, (I’m 5 ’3.) This is my meal plan I’ve done for the past week or so:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, 1/4 cup blueberries, apple
Lunch: Tofu, sweet potato
Snack: Banana, one tbsp agave nectar, handful or two of fiber cereal
Dinner: Small salad,1 cup brown rice, chick peas, tofu, and hot sauce
My caloric intake according to my calorie count website is usually around 1,100. And my carbohydrate intake is usually 70-85 too much:/, but I’m going to try to change that. My protein level is good too, (40g), because I’m vegan so I need to get it somewhere else.I run a mile every week and do a little light exercise through hockey 45 minutes a day. So will this plan start my metabolism so I can lose back the weight? Thanks:)

I have done a lot of research & I believe that a Vegan diet is the way to go. I have been vegan for 2 or three months now, strictly. My only problem is when I go places like friends & relatives, they eat according to the food pyramid or far worse, and as the bible instructs us, I have always ate what they offered without complaining.
